Paddington renovations transformed a dated property into a modern open space family home.

The comprehensive internal structural work required a number of supporting beams on the ground and first floors.

Entire new plumbing and electricals included underfloor heating, home automation and modern lighting throughout the property.

The open space ground floor was fitted with  a German kitchen, crittall and pocket doors, made to measure cabinets and chevron wood flooring.

All new bathrooms included a grand master ensuite. 

Discreet air-conditioning units were fitted. The external units and pipes housed with clever joinery to be in line with the conservation area regulations.

All decorated to a finish with made to order paint and wallpaper throughout.
