A 2400 square feet house in Belsize Park NW3 was fully renovated adding a basement which was bigger than the footprint of the ground floor as it went under the garden and loft converted making the inernal space just under 3800 square feet.
The renovation cost exceeded £1m with high spec fittings such as a German kitchen, made to measure wardrobes, roof garden with walk on glass, Corner less bi-folding door,  living-in nanny room, gym, entertainment room, new doors and windows, etc.
